Specialist:

  • Program Specialists focus on their area of expertise and plan programs for kids in all age groups. We are looking for specialists in Art, STEM/STEAM, Sports, Nature, Tennis, Drama and more

  • Minimum of 21 years old.

  • Completion of 1 year of post-secondary education.

Senior Counselors:

  • Lead a group of campers to provide fun, safe, and exciting camp experiences including leading activities.

  • Minimum of 18 years old.

  • Completion of 1 year of post-secondary education.

Junior Counselor:

  • Assist Senior Counselors in supervising and engaging with campers to ensure safety and fun.

  • Minimum age of 16 years old.​

Aquatics

Join the Kaiserman JCC Aquatics Team!

We provide and pay for all certifications for those who work with us!

The Kaiserman JCC Aquatics Department is looking for part time and full time lifeguards and swim instructors to work at our outdoor pool in Wynnewood, PA this summer. Our pool opens Monday, May 25 and closes on Monday, September 7. We will provide training and certifications to those who work with us for the full summer. Camp employees are expected to work the 8-week entire camp session. All aquatics employees must be at least 16 years old by their start date.

Aquatics Roles

Lifeguard:

  • Ensuring the safety of the Camp Kef community and JCC members and guests while in/around the pool area.

  • Work closely with the camp counselors, camp director and affiliate camp programs.

  • Lifeguards are required to be Lifeguard and CPR certified, we will provide training and certifications.

Group Swim Instructors:

  • Lead group swim instruction for children ages 2 through 13.

  • Instructors will help children to develop proper swimming techniques, evaluate and provide feedback on students’ performance during swim sessions.

  • Enthusiastic and enjoy working closely with children. 

​Private Swim Instructors:

  • Lead individual private instruction for people ages 3 through adult.

  • Instructors will help to develop proper swimming techniques and evaluate students’ performance during swim sessions.
