Payment and Cancellation Policies:

• Registration fee and weekly deposit are due at the time of registration.

• Registration fee and weekly deposit are non-refundable.

• All camp payments and fees are due by June 22, 2026.

• Prior to May 1, 2026, all payments above the security/registration fee and deposit are refundable via the original form of payment.

• After May 1, 2026, but prior to June 22, 2026, all payments above the Security/Registration fee are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• After the camp season starts, June 22, 2026, all payments are non-refundable, and any cancelled sessions will not receive a refund.

• No refunds will be made for absences.
