Pre & Post Camp Care for ELC Families
Families enrolled in the Philly JCC Early Learning Center may add pre- and post-camp care for children ages 0 through Pre-K. This extended care option provides a familiar, nurturing environment before and after the camp day and is available only to current Early Learning Center families. Contact our ELC for availability and scheduling details.
Payment and Cancellation Policies (Updated for 2027):

Registration fee and weekly deposit are due at the time of registration.

Registration fee and weekly deposit are non-refundable.

All camp payments and fees are due by May 15, 2027.

Prior to April 1, 2027, all payments above the security/registration fee and deposit are refundable via the original form of payment.

After April 1, 2027, but prior to May 15, 2027, all payments above the Security/Registration fee are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

After May 15, 2027, all payments are non-refundable, and any cancelled sessions will not receive a refund.

Campers may not attend camp unless all tuition and fees have been paid in full prior to the start of camp.

No refunds will be made for absences.
