Payment and Cancellation Policies:

• Registration fee ($125 per camper) and weekly deposit ($73 per week per camper) are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable. 

• All camp payments and fees are due in full by June 23, 2025.  

• A credit card proccessing fee of 3.2% will be assessed for credit card payments. ECheck (ACH transfers) will not incure this fee.

• Prior to May 1, 2025, all payments above the registration fee and deposit are refundable via the original form of payment.  

• After May 1, 2025, but prior to June 23, 2025, all payments above the registration fee are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  

• After the camp season starts, June 23, 2025, all payments are non-refundable and cancelled sessions will not receive a refund. 

• No refunds will be made for absences.
